You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or product within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition, with original tags and packaging. Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back, unless the exchange/return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
